About Me: People ask me what it is like to get up at 3:45am every day. Truth is...it sucks!!! But I get to go to work and do what I have dreamed about since I was a 5th grader in snowy Minnesota listening to morning radio while doing my paper route. I get to do radio. There aren't a lot of people that can say they are doing exactly what they want to do. I feel very lucky to have this opportunity to work at one of the best radio sations in the country, KJ103. Oklahoma rocks!!! My family rocks!!! And we have the coolest listeners anywhere. I'd trade a few extra hours of sleep a night for my life ANY DAY!!!
Music: I like POP. Pop culture, pop TV, pop movies, and pop music. A lot of people consider pop to be a bad word. But pop is short for popular. In the early 90's Nirvana and Pearl Jam was POP. Mid 90's Cheryl Crow was Pop. Late 90's and 2000's Eminem was Pop. What's pop now??? Fall Out Boy, JT, PCD, Chamillionare, Kelly Clarkson, Panic! at the Disco, Rihanna, All-American Rejects...AND I LIKE THEM ALL!!!
Movies: I don't see a lot of movies. I'm a TV guy and I'm cheap. I did see Pirates and Cars this summer and loved them both.
TV: REALITY!!! This summer I'm into Big Brother, Rock Star, America's Got Talent, and that's about it.
Books: Yeah right...
Likes: Girls that smile, watching and playing sports, driving my Jeep with the top off, hanging with my family. And my Wife, Mom, and Dad are my best friends in the world.
Dislikes: People that litter, drunk drivers, labels that seperate people, country music (except for my sister Shannon Brown.)
Virtues: I'm honest, loyal, like to work hard
Heroes: God, my parents, Ronald Reagan, and a guy named John Heinz in Minneapolis that I listened to on the radio every morning growing up and decided "I want to do that some day."
